RSCDS Leicester Branch is one of over 100 branches of the Royal Scottish Country Dance Society promoting Scottish Country dance and music around the world.

For information about the RSCDS click on

Leicester Branch offers regular classes on Scottish Country Dancing on Tuesday afternoons and Thursday evenings at St. Stephen’s Church Hall  in De Montfort Street, LE17GB, (click on postcode to see a map).

For more details, go to the Classes page. Newcomers are always very welcome. You dance with a partner, but you don’t have to bring one with you. It’s normal Scottish practice to change partners every dance. It’s great fun, you make great friends and it helps keep you fit.

Leicester Branch also organises several dances throughout the year. For more information on dances and other Scottish events in the area, go to the What’s On page.
